SoHo is a residential neighborhood in New York City and home to many interesting shops, art galleries, and restaurants.
The buildings in the historic and residential district date from the late 19th century and originally housed warehouses, factories and sweatshops. They eventually were converted into apartments with businesses on the ground floor.The neighborhood rose to fame as a neighborhood for artists and bohemians during the 1960s and 1970s. This series called Living in Soho is my recreation of that neighborhood


This is an apartment building that has a restaurant on the main floor. Next door is a parking garage with elevators to the offices upstairs. The restaurant runs itself with an NPC Cook, Server and Guy that seats you. The restaurant can be bought as a home business

This lot is zoned residential. The lot can be zoned community and the payphone is already on the lot.
Lot was moved into and tested. No Glitches or bugs were detected. Please enjoy and let me know if you have questions or problems.
Notes:
Boolprop used for decorative effects.
The columns can be difficult to replace if moved
If your sim moves out, the columns and arches disappear. I have no idea why.
Furnished version has a fully functioning restaurant. Unfurnished is Totally unfurnished and cost 58,085
Background buildings and signs are neighborhood props and not included with the lot
