SoHo is a residential neighborhood in New York City and home to many interesting shops, art galleries, and restaurants.
The buildings in the historic and residential district date from the late 19th century and originally housed warehouses, factories and sweatshops. They eventually were converted into apartments with businesses on the ground floor.The neighborhood rose to fame as a neighborhood for artists and bohemians during the 1960s and 1970s. This series called Living in Soho is my recreation of that neighborhood.

Row houses were multi family brownstones that look identical. They are common in older neighborhoods like SoHo. As New Owners moved in, some changes were made, such as painting the facade. These houses are three buildings. The first and last building are apartments with 3 to 4 bedrooms each. The middle building was turned into a school by the "last owner". It is now vacant and can be remade for use as a university/school or turned into a business with the OFB expansion. If the lot is used as a university, the students can live in the apartments next door. There is room for a parking area.

This lot is zoned residential. There is no custom content. There is a furnished and unfurnished version. The unfurnished has the walls and flooring only. The furnished has both apartments totally furnished. (See Photos)
