Large Victorian (no CC)

I felt like building something in a different style; tropical is my favourite, but sometimes I need a break The name is stolen from inspired by this upload, hopefully it’s not a problem This house is quite large – 3 bedrooms + nursery, 3 bathrooms, 3 floors + attic. It also has two balconies, a terrace, and a relatively large garden, and it’s the most expensive residential lot I’ve built.

Similarly to my other buildings, this one is CC free and isn’t linked to any sims, everything there seems accessible after a quick test.

Recommended Mods:
As I said before, the lot is completely CC free, but there are three mods I’d recommend (only recommend, they are NOT required for the lot to work) if you want to play on this lot:
  • Perfect Plants – as you can see in the pictures, I put a huge amount of plants on the lot (dense gardens are amazing ), and due to that they wouldn’t be accessible for sims if they wanted to trim the shrubs or water the flowers. The Perfect Plants mod stops them from growing.
  • Neighbourhood grass replacement – well, this isn’t a mod, but a default replacement I made using Maxis textures.
  • Moi’s Terrain Water Mod Series – for nicer looking ponds (with water reflections).
