This lovingly restored manor house nestled deep in the English countryside is the perfect family home for the sim looking to get away from it all. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home includes the following:

Yes...I am fully aware that the city Wrexham is in Wales not England. This house was not named after the city....it was named after my Sim family that lives in it. This is just a sim house..not a geography lesson.
This lot has been sim tested and approved. A fair warning: although it looks great and gives the effect I wanted, there really is way more landscape than the simmies can reasonably manage. The first thing I would do when loading this lot is some judicious "pruning" to make it easier to play. I hope you enjoy it.
