I had to try my hand at one of these little 1x1 lots.

Tricky, but fun. I was fairly pleased with how it came out, so I thought I'd share it with you. It's a bit cramped but fully functional for 2 sims. There isn't a whole lot to say beyond the fact that it is almost totally furnished and completely functional. It includes a rooftop terrace as a bonus. Enjoy.
