Mini starter on a 1x2 lot, furnished for 1-2 sims, no spare rooms; with a large fireplace and room for one rotated driveway in front.

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room

Should your sims unexpectedly procreate, you could make the larger bathroom downstairs into a mini bedroom/nursery and turn the study corner upstairs (where the desk is) into a bathroom instead.

All basics included plus a fireplace, a stove, a mirror and a small stereo. Playtested in the Base Game.

This lot is shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster (v1.1, available here on mts2) – you can easily expand the lot with that if your sims want a bigger garden.
