This lot is 20x30 and is best placed by the riverbank to utilize the view. It's my first and only house I've been working on since The Sims 3 came out. Its had many revisions but I'm finally happy wit it.

Its a bachelor's pad style house with plenty of seating for parties and room for 2 king sized beds upstairs! It can also be a modern family house. It has 2 bathrooms, an open loft style upstairs, separate dining room, and a pool!
