***DISCLAIMER*** I'm going to appologise ahead of time, because to get the look pictured, this lot includes several custom items. it has, however, been stripped of any hacks with cleaninstaller. ***disclaimer/off***

anyways... i've been wanting to do a farmhouse for a long time, yeah, even longer than the victorian-style! LOL) and this is my take on it. it is *very* roughly based on the included historic photo, and the barn is based on the barn i actually used to have in VA (sorry it isn't red)

the house has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, and is decorated and furnished, and even includes the truck. the barn has 6 stalls as pictured this lot sells for aprox. 55K simoleans
