Springvale is a small neighbourhood I created because I was sick of the standard Maxis humongous maps with sprawling streets and little to no logic in the road layout.

The hood is best suited to 2x2 or 2x3 lots, and has been created so the main buildable area you see in the pictures is within the Maxis camera range. (Ergo, you do NOT need a camera hack for this map.)

This map is more or less the same as the old Springvale, but with some cosmetic tweaks that make the lakeshore look better. In the old version the edge was very steep which looked a bit odd. This has been fixed in this version.
