"Demolition Alley" Series
This is a series of warehouse and industrial type buildings, they are all residential lots so they are designed to be functional houses at the core but I am trying to retain as much of a warehouse / industrial theme as possible.

Ware-House 52b
Beware the Ware-house! Be aware, the ware-house is not your regular warehouse, it is infact just a house.

Side Notes
This is the first house in my "Demolition Alley" series, it's is a decent sized "house" with a good sized livingroom area, there's a weightbench and treadmill above the kitchen on a walkway (mezanine floor?). The bedrooms are downstairs in a sort of half open basement area, should serve a medium sized family well (about 4-6 sims without any problem).

Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything seems in order (all objects seem to be accessable so far as I could see). Only item of note is the newspaper delivery location, I saw the Paperboy / girl run around back and put it by the back door / basement entrance as soon as I moved my test sim in. I'm guessing that may change if you use the "Set as Front Door" option when clicking on the front door. So check there if you don't see your morning paper out front . If anyone finds any issues please let me know and I'll try to correct them as promptly as possible.
