Price listed as $16,634 when my Sims purchased it
Size: 3x2
A bright, cheerful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom starter home built at 2450 Pinochle Point. Each bedroom is furnished with a bed for a single sim as well as a desk; one of the bedrooms has a side table and computer. House is furnished with all basic amenities as well as a television, stereo, bookcase, and fire/burglar alarms, and a bit of light landscaping outside gives the house a fresh, clean look. (Or at least I think it looks good!) Along the side of the house is a patch of dirt suitable for a fair-sized garden. Inside, the house is brightly colored though it has no decoration, but plenty of room for decoration and a bit more furniture as the owners settle in and begin earning some money.
This is my first upload, so feedback with constructive criticism would be most appreciated!

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Providing homes for Sims since 2009
I have no abilities modding whatsoever, but I do love creating homes, and I'm more than happy to share my creations with people around here. All my homes/community lots are for Sims 3; I do not own Sims 2 yet. Mostly the homes I've created are large and expensive, but I'm currently experimenting with a series of starter homes.
