Hello and welcome to my first Sims 4 upload!

I have uploaded a large manor house for Sims 3 before, but somehow the time just never seemed right for Sims 4... until Vintage Glamour stuff came out! As soon as I heard about that pack, I knew I wanted to build this house!

The house is 3 stories with a basement and a small butler's house out back.

The first floor has the expected living/dining/kitchen areas, plus a ballroom.



The second floor has six kid/guest bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.



The top floor is a large suite reserved for the homeowner(s), complete with a bedroom, office/work space, massage table, private parlor/sitting/living room, and a large bathroom with walk-in closet/dressing rooms.



The basement is filled with hobby rooms, and I mostly furnished that with kids in mind, but there is space there for almost any hobby your sim could want to develop.



Outside, there are plenty of planters/gardening boxes, outdoor dining/sitting spaces, and a pool. The house is just under 910,000 simoleons furnished and fits on a 50x40 lot. Lot traits are currently Private Dwelling, Fast Internet, and Chef's Kitchen It could probably use a few more paintings here and there, but I don't like repeating paintings throughout a house and wanted to keep this CC free, so please feel free to add more here and there!
