Oak Glen Farmhouse

Hello, welcome to your new home! This little farmhouse contains three furnished bedrooms, and a small office that could be turned into another bedroom if needed. There are two and half bathrooms, and an open concept main living area.



The kitchen is dual sided, so you can keep an eye on your children while cooking their dinner. The kitchen even has a little pantry off to the side. Oh, and look, the previous owner even left you some ramen noodles so you don't starve after spending all your money on this house! What's the expiry on them? OH, uh, on second thought, just toss them... Moving on...



There is a more formal dining area if you don't want to eat at the counter, but I imagine with all that space it is better suited for holiday meals. The living room, while there is no tv (go enjoy some sunshine1), it does have a wonderfully large fireplace to warm up by in the winter time. Can't you just see yourself now with a cup of hot cocoa and a book all snuggled up? Ah, that's the life.

The master bedroom has its own ensuite off the the side with both a separate shower and bathtub. The toilet is also in it's own room so you don't disturb your partner when they're having a nice relaxing bubble bath.

The children's rooms share a bathroom. They're both connected, and the tub and toilet are separate so there are no excuses as to why teeth weren't brushed (they each have their own sink as well).



Outside there is plenty of room to add anything your children would like. There is already a fire pit, along with a few old camping chairs with terrible collage teams displayed. Feel free to replace those... unless you support those teams of course.

The asking price with all furniture included is $92,629. And without, $56,897. I hope you have a good job.

You may be wondering why there are two versions of this house.
Well, one of them only includes one piece of CC, the "As Is" Art by EA Games.
The other is decorated for each season with CC by Around the Sims 3. Most of what was used is here , excluding the lamps. And two items, the doll and skull, are found here .

There are no pictures of the Seasonal versions. Why? Because I wanted it to be a little bit of a surprise. It's not a whole lot that's different, just a few things added here and there. I didn't want to use a whole lot of CC, cause really, who wants to hunt that down?!
