This quaint building in the heart of Riverview was converted to a library over 40 years ago. Since then, it has become known as a local landmark, housing the art and essence of this small fishing community. Here, Sims can relive the good ol' days by viewing paintings and sculptures inspired by the slower pace of rural life. While they're here, they can also build up those skills in the library upstairs or in the painting studio in the basement.

This lot was built for a 30x10 lot at 140 Bridge Parkway, right between the Community Theater and the Gazebo in Riverview.
