A small country-style house that looks like it was last renovated some time in the early 70es. The "garden" is a little unkempt, as well. It's furnished for 3 sims and has a small terrace in the back yard.

1 x double bedroom
1 x single bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen
1 x dining
1 x living room

The entrance room is just large enough to fit a dresser in there. Upstairs in the living room is still space for a desk or something like that; you could also put a small bathroom in there.

Built on the smallest lot I have (16x18), so it can be rotated in any direction on every other lot. Playable from at least two static camera angles, two sides of the house would look good as a street side.

Prices given below (F = Furnished; U = Unfurnished) are when placed on a regular 20x30 lot.
