A tiny white wood house, suitable as a starter for a single sim, furnished for a couple. Furnishings are very simple – it's a bit like a holiday cabin, all basics are included but no extras (and not really any space for them).

1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom, 1 x toilet
1 x kitchen
1 x dining/living room

This will cost just under 16.000§ on a regular 20x30 (1.200§) lot, but is built on the smallest lot I have (16x18), so it can be rotated in any direction on every other lot. Three sides of the house would work well as a street side.

Prices given below (F = Furnished; U = Unfurnished) are when placed on a regular 20x30 lot.
