Does this house look familiar?



It should if you happen to watch a lot of tv. This is the house from the Broadview Home Security commercials. I liked it so much that I decided to make it for my simmies! The roofing is a bit off, but than again you can only do so much with what EA gives you. As I'm sure you can probably tell, I had to make some stuff up (like the floor plans and what not). All that being said, this house is fit for a family as it features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sitting on a 30x30 sized lot this house costs $123,635 furnished and $55,901 unfurnished.
