Sienna Lane is a large family home with 4 bedrooms(two with attached baths), a large living room, kitchen and dining, and an outdoor patio designed for additional eating or socializing. The layout of the house would work well as a multi-generation home with the downstairs bed/bath ideal for grandparents, and the parents/kids rooms upstairs. There is also one empty room above the garage designed for an office or skill building room. I've left this empty so that it can be tailored to the specific traits of sims.

The backyard is large and ready for a pool or play area for the kids. There is a door off the side patio as well as off the back of the house via the hallway. Two car garage has one parking space inside (large side) and one space outside (small side), just ready for the family auto.



Compatibility
I've used build/buy from most EPs but the fence and patio set is from OLS. If you don't have one of the EPs the game will just replace with something else as long as your game is patched current.
