20 Uploads. It is a milestone that I thought I would never reach. First of all, I would like to thank you all for downloading my homes and making me believe in the designs that were in my head. Without you, I might never have decided to study architecture. Hmm, enough nostalgia and thanks, on with the home.

"Cliffside Tropicana" is probably one of my most creative or boring names, depending on how you look at it. Either way, it is a Tropical Home that is built on a cliff, and I built it for my 18 year old cousin Joel. He requested a dark coloured exterior, and tropical plants. The rest was left up to me, and this is what I came up with.

I had alot of trouble with the floorplan, and I would like to thank the users on the Creator Feedback Forum for helping me out with it. I am really sorry, but I forgot to save your usernames and I cannot find the thread.

"Cliffside Tropicana" has 3 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms in it's current state, but can be converted to a 4 or 5 bedroom home by turning the spare room and gym into bedrooms. The home also boasts an enormous list of features. Here they are:

This house has been in the making for about 3 weeks. It hasn't been worked on for the whole time, only about 2 weeks out of that. It would have been finished before now, but what with school, and the landscaping going on around my house, I haven't been on my computer very much, which actually shocks me. Haha, enjoy.
