A split level starter home with a driveway and garage. It's a one bedroom, one bathroom home. The garage is used as a living/dining area but can be converted if you decide to expand the house.

My 20th upload was supposed to by the neighbourhood that I'm working on but it's taking a long time... and while I was making it, I came up with this house and wanted to share it on MTS.
