This is a small yet spacious starter home for a single sim or a couple. Situated next to a waterfall and decorated as a cabin, the home suits the more nature-minded sim. Main features are a driveway and fireplace making a cosy living room.

I was looking for a scenic starter house for a gardener / collector sim but struggled to find things below 16,000 that had a fair bit of space, hence this house. The price can be shaved down quite a bit by cutting out a few of the plants or the fireplace but what's a log cabin without trees and a roaring fire?
