Here is another starter house (price under 16000), designed for a single, but it can accomodate two if you change the second room to a bedroom. The lot is a 30x30 so you can even build more on it if you like.

Big living room and two small rooms, kitchen and bathroom at the back, all decorated in shades of blue (told you it's crazy!) No custom content.
