Welcome to my first home posting.
While creating homes for the Sims starts to get repetitive after a while, I decided to turn toward reality to make my next home.
This is a replica of a real 1940's mansion in my home area.
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom, three story single family home.

There are no Sims shop items, for thats unfair to those who are unable to buy them.

This wonderful home has amenities for all the pleasantries of life.
The mansion has all three floors fully furnished.
There are four fireplaces in total, ready to warm that blue blood!
There is also a four car garage with a parking spot also located next to the house under the terrace, for that quick run to the car when you're late.

Got an annoying cousin moving in?
Mom or Dad coming to visit and you just don't want them?
Hired a butler but no place for him to sleep?
No problem!
To the left of the house is a single person guest house that can be used for any purpose!
Bath, bed, kitchen, tv, perfect for even that college kid moving back home that still wants to be independent!

There is even a small area of land available for planting your own vegetable garden next to the guest house. Practical and Versatile!

The first floor has a expanse living room for any kind of entertaining you need and nearby is a warm and abundant kitchen, ready to tackle feeding a football team. A porch to wane the day away with your friend or loved one is also available.


The second floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small warm den to further your mind, and even a small nursery nook. A small balcony is also available to take in the evening air.


The third floor is dedicated to the fun in life and exercise. There is a tv area with gaming station, stereo, guitar, foosball, exercise equipment, a computer for the online interests, a bar, and a fireplace to warm your feet. Don't forget to step out on the balcony to take in the stars at night or even the planets with a top of the line telescope.
