Picked Upload!   This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Regalo de Victorian - A Victorian Gift. A 3 bedroom, 3 bath Victorian style house with extra rooms suitable for converting to more bedrooms if needed.

CC: This house contains many handcrafted patterns, including several of my favorite Sims 2 patterns from my collection, converted to Sims 3. After many hours of trial and error, I discovered that including more than a few custom patterns on a lot makes the lot too big to share on the Sims 3 Exchange. I may share a stripped down version there, but MTS will have the full house the way it was intended to be seen due to their generous upload size policies. Thank you!

Other cc included are free items from the Sims 3 store:

The Harvest Bounty set here: http://store.thesims3.com/setsProdu...=OFB-SIM3:18280

and the Riverview neighborhood located here: http://store.thesims3.com/riverview...intcmp=eaint101
You must download these items before you can use the included items, however, they are not necessary in order to download and use this lot.

The World Adventure EP is not needed.

Lot Size: 20x30
Price: Furnished - $138,542, Unfurnished - $80,865

** Regarding my handcrafted custom patterns: Feel free to include them on any projects you have. They may be uploaded freely wherever you wish. Credit and/or a link back would be appreciated, but is not necessary. Please do not upload my patterns individually. Enjoy!
