Verity; a Victorian Styled house

This is my first upload on ModtheSims but it's definately not the first time I've created a house...

Verity is a Victorian-styled 3-bedroom house from a real floor plan that I turned into a Sims 3 house, making adjustments to suit The Sims 3 gameplay (such as deleting closets).

It is fully funished but most of the objects I used are from sets downloaded from thesims3.com. The windows, doors, and pillars from the storybook set are recomended. If you don't have these you will need to add your own set, OR ask me to upload a different version with only game based objects.

The first floor consists of an entry room, a full bathroom, a living room (with the upright piano from Mensure at My Sims 3 Blog), a kitchen that's been modernized, a mini study area next to the kitchen, a formal dining room, and a laundry room.

The second floor consists of a Master bedroom and Master bathroom that was modernized as well, a large bedroom styled for a girl, a smaller bedroom/nursery styled for a boy, and a full bathroom in the turret.

The backyard is not very large, but there is a picnic table, a bbq, telescope, and a small plot of dirt for gardeners, as well as some lounge chairs. In the front yard, there's another small plot of dirt for more garden plants.
