Music Education Majors

Since I could not find a music education major on MTS2, I decided to take it upon myself to create one (two, in fact) for myself and anyone else interested.


Neither of these majors (Instrumental Music Ed or Vocal Music Ed) will override any maxis major. They are cloned from the Maxis art major.
They each have their own icon. (See attached)
Both majors focus on: Creativity, Charisma, Logic and Body


Classes (Instrumental Music Ed.):

Freshman:
Introduction to Music Theory
Music Theory II


Sophomore:
Methods Class: Woodwinds & Brass
Methods Class: Percussion & Piano


Junior:
Conducting I
Conducting II

Senior:
Student Teaching (This class runs for the entire day from 8 AM to 4 PM just to get the effect of an actual school day.)
Senior Recital



Classes (Vocal/Choral Music Education):

Freshman:
Introduction to Music Theory
Music Theory II


Sophomore:
Vocal Health
Methods Class: Piano


Junior:
Conducting I
Conducting II


Senior:
Student Teaching (The same applies for this as in Instrumental Music Ed.)
Senior Recital
