OK. This is something I found from internet, well originally via gabrielorie at MTS, cause she was building it too.

The house is called Beautiful Pool House in Connecticut by Hariri & Hariri Architecture, cause that's it's name on the website too. So, this is based on a real building, and I tried to do my best making it as similar as possible, with some add-ons of my own.



Features:
There is a combined kitchen-dining-livingroom, a patio, and large pools.
On the basement that I add are the bedroom-study, and the bathroom.
