The Mothership has four bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, two half bathrooms, two parking spaces and almost every amenity needed to keep your sims happy and healthy. It is located at 500 Sunnyvale Blvd, which is a 40x40 lot, and costs $195,535 furnished and $133,766 unfurnished.

I have play-tested it for a game-week and the only issue is the time it takes to process when you first place it(approximately 7 mins.).
