Abundant trees and foliage provide wonderful shade and oxygen for this modern, yet homey house for up to 6 sims. The underground garage is fully functional and a car is included. If you wish to go somewhere however, just click on the map view and your sim will go in the car instead of clicking on the car itself. The ground floor consists of large kitchen with plenty of cabinets, dining for 6, spacious living area and large master with private bath. There is also a convenient half bath for your guests. The second floor has two other bedrooms and a bath and access to balconies. I hope your sims love this house as much as I loved building it!
