This rustic Cabin is more then just a small home its a business

with its rustic design your sim has all the comfort they need with the added bonus of an income source, this quaint little lot is perfect for your nectar making sims

inside is a cosy little place for your sims to relax and read or just relish the taste of their newest batch of nectar

outs side is the perfect set up to become self employed with a nectar making shed and a garden full of the finest nectar making fruits its the easiest start to becoming a self made millionaire

i have my sim work hard to bring about this little peace of land the small garden includes all six nectar grapevines each in perfect condition and just reaching maturity also there is a pomegranate, plum, pomelo and cherry tree planted around the cabin also baring perfect fruit,

i played this lot for a bit and didn't experience any issues my sim was perfectly happy here the nectar shelves already have some nectar on them to start you off and there is a kenspa ready and waiting for you to drop off your wares to sell

recommendations:
just to add a little bit more authenticity i have placed the empty wooden crate with nine slots by joninmobile by the nectar maker with extra bottles of nectar its adds a nice touch
