I present to you

Fyvie Cottage Hospital,
I don't know alot about this Hospital and my research isn't coming up with much.

Heres what i could find:
Fyvie Cottage Hospital
Dates 1879-1964

Activity Fyvie Cottage Hospital, Aberdeenshire was started in 1879 after William Cosmo Gordon (1864-1945) of Fyvie donated two parcels of land to the Board of Trustees. Gordon died the following year and money he left to his widow, Mary Abercromby, was also put to the use of the hospital along with further parcels of land. She died in 1888 and left further property to the hospital. Under the terms of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1947 (10 & 11 Geo. VI, c.27), Fyvie Cottage Hospital came under the Central Aberdeenshire Hospitals Board of Management, until 1951 when it was transferred to West Aberdeenshire Board of Management. In 1964 West Aberdeenshire was amalgamated with Upper and Lower Banffshire to form Banffshire Hospitals Board of Management. Fyvie Cottage Hospital closed in the same year.

I used the floorplans i found to build this hospital again for the sims,
Its an ideal lot for the Asylum Challenge
it's also setup accordingly,

its also decorated quite shabby and worn to give it that authentic look,

I have recoloured the front this to look a little more like the real thing thanks to a picture posted up by romyhorse, its not exact but maxis dont really do redsandstone, so if you want the recoloured one its labled Fyvie Cottage Hospital Stone
