New Castle Townhouses is upscale living for sims who like their privacy, but also like to mingle. Each of the four townhouses is separate in a walled complex, which is surrounded on three sides by a moat.


There are two 2-bedroom and two 4-bedroom units. Each unit has 1-2 bedrooms on the first floor, along with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and full bathroom. On the second floor of each unit is a generously-sized, partially-covered terrace, as well as a master bedroom suite with a private terrace.

Common spaces include a pool, chessboards, a gameroom, and a small café.
