[No CC] Townhouses Apartments (9 units)

These townhouses were inspired by Maxis’s Bella’s Belle’s Townhomes, which came with Apartment Life. I always liked how they look from the outside but I find them too narrow and difficult to furnish, so I tried to make a more practical spin-off.

I used no cc, I have all packs except Ikea Stuff.

Each floor from each house is its own apartment, which means that no two apartments share a wall, so that noise is never an issue.
Each of the 9 units has one bedroom and one bathroom, and is best suited to one or two sims, with some room for a baby or toddler in the ground floor apartments.
The rent is §805 for the basement units, §1,199-§1,502 for the ground floor units and §1,000-§1,202 for the upper floor units.

They are all fully furnished but the game won’t let you rent them furnished beyond the bare necessities by default. To rent an apartment fully furnished, there are two options that I know of:
- once your household is on the lot, activate testingcheats and shift+click on the door of the apartment you want. You should have the option to “rent furnished”;
-or you can download Pescado’s apartment hack, which will give you that option without the need for testingcheats, on top of other features and fixes.
