The Grim Reaper Statue is a Community lot only item. This mod makes it available for residential lots.

Have a nosy neighbor that you would like to scare?
Want that raise your boss keeps putting off. Just
invite your boss to dinner and let him get a glimpse
of the Resident Reaper in your house. He will be more
forthcoming with that raise when the he finds out
Resident Reaper is your friend.

**Note: This mod removes the Grim Reaper Statue from Build Mode - Community Objects and
moves it to Buy Mode - Outdoors - Lawn Art.
If the statue does not show up there, try downloading RL_02_Winterhart_SculptureGraveyard.rar
If it does show up there is no need to re-download. You can only use one.

The Resident Reaper is only decorative but it makes a good story.
Besides I had requests from MonoChaos and Stormchaser One to make a this mod.

The Grim Reaper is now available for your home.



***Compatibility***
This mod was made by extracting and altering the OBJD file
of the Grim Reaper. It will conflict with any other Grim Reaper
mod that alters the Grim Reaper's OBJD file.

This mod was made with Ambitions but it should be compatible with all EP's and SP's
