This house is based on one I saw in Prescott, AZ that neighbors said belonged to an artist. It sat on a ridge next to a ravine on a gravel road. My version is small, with one bedroom, but the artist's studio at the top of the house could also become a bedroom. Both rooms have private baths. The appeal of the house for me is its surroundings and adobe style architecture. If you have an artistic sim who wants to paint masterpieces, this could be just the place.
