Hey everyone. As usual, i would like to thank Numenor for his Any Game Starter - otherwise, this lot wouldn't be Base Game! (O_O)

lol, okay, on to some information about the lotitself:

bathrooms: 1
Kitchen: Open plan kitchen/living
Garden: Yup - but the back garden was a compramise... this IS a starter house.
Garage - Indeeeed, and with a few modifications and if you have NL installed, it could be made useable.
