This house was made with an unpatched Sims2 Deluxe (core & Nightlife) game. As a result, I did not have the option to turn floor tiles. The wood floor in the livingroom should be going the opposite direction.
**End of Disclaimer**
This lovely 2 story, 2 bedroom house has seen many families come and go. Over the years, previous owners have added to the original floor plan and added their own flourishes as well as updated the appliances. (Isn't electricity and running water a wonderful thing?)
The house boasts of two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath and a sitting area. The second bedroom is for a little girl, waiting for her to make it her own with plenty of room for her to grow.
The first floor has a large livingroom and a large eat in kitchen as well as a breakfast bar. The bathroom is spacious, part of the most recent rennovations. The claw footed bathtub beckons one to come and enjoy a relaxing bubble bath while bathed in the glorious colors of the stained glass windows.
The lawn is fully landscaped with an assortment of plants. Enjoy the sweet smell of tulips, hibiscus and roses on those lazy days as you gather on the front porch or the back deck or enjoy a game of chess while you watch your children play on the swings.
There is also a small pond shaded by a weeping willow that was planted by the original owner in memory of a dearly departed wife. It is said that if one listens late at night, one can hear the grieving widower whispering to his most beloved wife.
Come and enjoy the golden days while not giving up on modern day amenties!

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

My Policy
I finally have a new computer that can handle SimPE and 3d software.
I've started learning the basics of creating (floors & walls, yep... real newb here).
Once I get the hang of it and start uploading, the policy is:
Feel free to do whatever you want with my creations except:
Do not upload to pay sites
Do not upload to the Exchange
Do not claim as your own work
Please do:
Notification is appreciated, but not required if you post something of mine on another *FREE* site, this includes blogs, forums, etc and so on...
HOWEVER...
I'd like to see the credits clearly stated.
A note on the sites I get floorplans from:
Someone asked me once if it was ok to use the same sites I found my floor plans and wanted to make sure she didn't use the same ones I did.
I don't mind if people use the same floor plans. If you think to yourself 'I'd have done that differently'. Go ahead, feel free. (and give me a heads up when it's uploaded.)
I think it'd be great to see how someone else interpreted the floor plans and their spin on color schemes and landscaping. It might be the same floor plan but by the time the house is done, it's going to look very different.
