Hi All,

When my Sims go in a community lot, I like when they can shop, eat, and make friends all together. That's why I created for you a brand new one of these lot with Any Game Starter and some of the fantastic CC found here on MTS2, hoping you'll have plenty of fun with it.

The lot is composed by :

Ground floor, shopping area
Your Sims can buy here : food, magazines, mobile phones, video games and clothes.

First floor : restaurant

Garden : coffee corner, BBQ area, pond, swing, chessboards, hot tub, and dartboard.

This lot is made with Any Game Starter and scanned with Clean Installer.
