You may be wondering who we are, well, Flabaliki and TVRdesigns have joined forces. For the first lot, we have attempted to achieve a lot with a "wow" factor. This lot, was originally intended to be a sequel to Auburn Conservatory (created by Flabaliki), but developed it's own style as construction continued.

This lot has been 12 months in the making, although most of that time it was sitting in Flabaliki's lot bin...

Description

Stonewater Estate is a contemporary family home, complete with 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms.
Relax in style with the brilliantly outfitted living spaces, tinted and accented by a beautiful warm red colour.
Work in style in a state of the art, slickly furnished study nook, complete with its very own library and spectacular views of the lush garden.
The master bedroom, complete with en-suite, includes a vanity, library, and a warm, cozy fire that just screams parental retreat.
Each bathroom has perfect full length mirrors, huge bathtubs, and vibrant feature walls, to give the ultimate refreshing feeling, while still maintaining the "home-sweet-home" vibe that we all crave.

Outside, the home is lavishly landscaped, with the finest plants, and fertilised with only the finest llama dung.
The greenhouse, although small, is filled to the brim with plant-life, and is the perfect place for your greenthumb type Sims to hang.
The play area is perfect for the kids, with a sandbox, a swing and a slide. The kids will surely be occupied for hours upon end.
There is also a cabana which can EASILY be converted to a fifth bedroom, but why would you want to do that, when you can have your own game house complete with its very own kitchen?
