I saw this requested in several places and decided to quickly quell my own frustrations. It seems that the flags were improperly set by EAxis to allow all the shells in the buy debug catalogue. Here they are in all their glory.

This mod unlocks 21 additional shell facades or variants. Most variants just include different neon signs, roof pattern junk, and complete recolors. There seems to be about 5 or 6 base building types in all. A total of 5 have been removed from the Unlocker due to being pure duplicates or having some extreme LOD issues.

This .package also includes necessary building mailbox and trash chutes.

Warning:
Like all shells, once placed, only the "back" button can remove them. They will permanently alter the state of your lot to "apartment building" type.

For best results:
* Place a call box somewhere on the ground floor.
* Liberally sprinkle at least one trash chute per floor. Once placed, they can only be moved, not deleted.
* Place your basements first (if desired) before plopping down the shell.
* Before getting too far into building, check your lot from map view. Some shells change color in map view, make sure it doesn't clash too horribly with your city.
* Use of the cheat codes below is mandatory to properly making your lot using shells.
* Review the guides for building with shells, including the placement of "floor skip" and "public room" and "private room" markers.

To use -
1) Install the package in your mods folder or wherever great .package files are kept.

2) You will need the following cheats to enable this content (like the existing 2 shells), best if used in the following order:

testingcheatsenabled true

BuyDebug on

RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings off

Compatibility -
This mod is a package file that changes a single catalogue placement flag in the OBJD files for the effected buildings. It (obviously) requires just the Late Night EP and should be compatible with anything that does not specifically modify the OBJD files for the 21 shells, building mailbox object, or trash chute.

Possible in Future Builds -
Switch catalogue locations for readier access.
Remove build placement restrictions (less cheat codes to place).

Cheers and thanks to the MTS and MATY community for keeping my interest up in this game.

Thanks also to NRAAS for the tool allowing me to quickly nail down the bad shells in game without constant reload testing.
