This is a small A-Frame "special" house; I call it "special" because it isn't a standard 1-level house.
It's suitable for a couple with one or two children.
Note: I've "cleaned up" the lot with Sims2Pack Clean Installer, and I used only original Maxis decors.
Cost: $ 11.249 (unfurnitured)
Lot: 2x2
Floors: 2 + a small lumber-room on 3rd floor (usable as spare bedroom)
Bedrooms: 2 (the 2nd floor can be partitioned to have a third bedroom)
Bathrooms: 1 + 1/2
Sims living in the lot: none
Special feature: 2 "stealth stairs"
