This hair mesh has a slightly higher polygon count for hair of just over 9000 poly but I believe it was still worth it for how lovely it looks retextured in my recolour set. I have no issues running my game with this hair mesh, though I should mention that I am running my games on an nVidia gt220 graphic card - not top end but it can handle high polygon items.

If you have a computer running your games on lower pc specs with a lower end graphic card it may (or may not!) cause graphic issues, lagging and other problems. So I advise caution with downloading this hair, just to be on the safe side.



I can't believe I have skimmed past this absolutely divine hairstyle from PeggyZone every time I have gone there to look for inspiration! Doing justice to my textures much like my recolours of NuRey v3 ~ Anto's CoolSims#87, PeggyZone has crafted a lovely mesh that works brilliantly with my textures at high resolution quality. I am again using my current favourite recolour set - NuRey v3 16 recolours to bring you this beautiful hairstyle in a new light.

Naturals:

Black - Licorice, Olive, Cola, Treacle

Brown - Chocolate, Caramel, Cinnamon, Mocha

Blonde - Honey, Lemon, Vanilla, Coffee

Red - Berry, Apricot, Peach, Plum

I'm really surprised at just how pretty and well-made this mesh is for PeggyZone and how nicely my textures work with it, so I just had to share it with you all. It also looks pretty from behind - always a bonus - and I like how Peggy has styled it so that the textures work into the folds and movement of the hair very well, shine bounces off it in all the right places etc. So far this is one of the best straight hairstyles I've recoloured from PeggyZone.

Thanks so much to CatOfEvilGenius for creating the new hair binning tool i have used to bin all of these recolours. All the recolours in this set are colour binned/familied for your female sims of all ages with greys binned/familied and linked to the blondes.

PLEASE NOTE: These recolours have again been decustomized. You will find them (without the little star on the thumbnails) in your maxis base game colour areas, not at the beginning of your colour bins with all of your usual custom binned colours.

All recolours are base-game compatible, no EPs required.
