~Modern Leveled Starter~

This is the fourth home I've made for my Affordable Homes (Under 20K) series, inspired by the many cute compact, modern-style homes I've downloaded from here. This two-storey home is low maintenance, sparsely furnished with starter items to keep your sims happy while they earn extra money to finish furnishing the place. This home is set on a small 3x2 lot with enough room for extras, should your sims need further outdoor entertainment.

Outdoors there are some beautiful large palms set on a sandy section, reminiscent of beach-style living. There are bamboo plants growing near the sides of the house, and for easy maintenance the gardens consist of a few rose bushes and multi-coloured poppies. Romance sims would enjoy the outdoors with their loves in the evenings if they added a spa and perhaps a bbq dining area.

Another MTS2 inspiration, this home was a joy to make and somewhat difficult to get into the under 20K price range. I quite like the style of this one and may create a taller, more expensive version of it later on. Enjoy!
