A simple, small dive bar at Twinbrook. Twinbrook definitely lacks nightlife venues, so while on sick leave with my broken elbow, I've slowly been creating some clubs and bars for my favourite town.

The Backwater Beat is a rough and worn out little Southern style bar at the bayou. Suitable for sims looking for greasy food, cheap drinks, live music - or a good old fashioned bar brawl!

It's built on a 20x30 lot, I used one of the lots at Poker Flats Drive. No CC. Costs ยง 54 678. I was listening to CCR while building this lot to get to the right state of mind. :D

All expansions and stuff packs except HELS are required.
