The River Rock Brewery (Dive Bar)

For the next Late Night lot in the Riverview part of my EP Build Project, I've built a small dive bar. Since small towns (at least the ones in my part of Kansas) tend to just have liquor stores instead of any bars, I looked around on Google Maps for interesting looking buildings until I came across this little run down looking building. I really liked the run down appearance, so I decided to run with it: giving the interior cracked paint, faded furniture, and aged wood to give the lot an old, worn appearance. I have this lot placed at 150 Ely road, across from the Crosby household, but it can be placed on any 20x30 lot.

The interior contains booths and a performance stage by the door, a bar by the rear exit, and seating tables by the restrooms in the back. The exterior contains a porch out front, and a garbage area outside the rear exit.
