Maria's is a small dive bar with a stage in the basement, with plenty of seating for your sim to put on a great show and get a drink before and/or after.

Designed for the world of Monte Vista (though you do not need this to play) so sims could put on a show in a setting that blended into the rest of the town.

A copy of this lot has been tested and a proprietor does spawn, meaning that this is a functional perfomance area for your showtime sims.

This lot was built in the walled town part of Monte Vista, where the terrain is paved. A screenshot has been attached to show what the lot looks like when you place this lot on a grass terrain.
