Hi there!

Here's a tiny cottage fit for one sim.
The interior is quite contemporary, with clean white accents to give it a spacious feel.
The sole bathroom is fit with a bath *zomg* and a toilet, there is no sink... Anywhere in the house. Unless you count the bath tap or the dishwasher...

As you can see in the pictures, the house is compact to fit simply the essentials. There is no seperate bedroom, in fact the only luxury is that the bathroom has a door.

Out the back is a cute tea area and a couple of garden plots.
