Minami 1.0 is a southern Asian residence with not so Asian furniture.

After the original owners passed away, the house was bought by a family of European emigrants that decided to make some changes to the house.
They kept the koi pond, the lucky cat on the entrance, the room furniture, the kitchen chairs, the wall decorations and the ceiling lamps. All the remaining furniture was replaced with their own. They also built a small patio area with a pergola, where they could just relax in the company of their treasured plants.
