Hello! So I've been working on this lot for a while now, I wanted to make a house that was based off of fall, and the colors of fall. I used inspiration from a maple tree. The floor plan is also very loosely based off of my own home's. Outside there's a pool, garden, garage, and swing set. Inside there are 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. It costs 131,563 and is on a 30x30 lot. There is no actual CC included in the lot but I did use some free store sets.

The house sleeps 5 sims, and it has 2 parking spots placed although it could fit up to 4. It comes with one car in the garage.

The 2010 Nissan Frontier, objects in the truck bed, and the objects next to it are just for decoration. They are not there in the actual lot. Also, the Dining Room Clutter is there for decoration also. None of the store sets I used are required, but they are strongly recommended.
