Hey everyone! So I've decided to upload all of my entries from QBUILDERZ' Building Blocks: A Foundation Challenge and this is my entry from round 1. It's a cute little cottage with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The lot is completely landscaped with a pond on a 30x30 lot and costs only 63,664 simoleons. I removed all of the CC from my original entry which you can view here, so this house now has no CC!

The lot sleeps up to 3 sims, and a crib could fit in either bedroom if you really needed one. There is one parking space.

The Toyota Prius V from the store is not included in the lot, it's just for decoration, so it is also not included in the price.
